This Ankle Template is a 3 week long, ankle specific mobility , strength, and stability program. It is aimed at improving gross ankle mobility and strength. It is appropriate for those with healthy ankles just looking to improve their overall ankle function and longevity, but also for those with SIMPLE ankle injuries/issues. It is NOT meant for more significant and complex ankle injuries/issues that would benefit more from one-on-one reahabilitative services; but can eventually be a great way to transition from physical therapy to continued independent recovery.
