This Elbow/Wrist Template is a 3 week long, elbow and wrist specific mobility , strength, and stability program. It is aimed at improving gross elbow and wrist mobility and strength. It is appropriate for those with healthy elbows and wrists just looking to improve their overall elbow/wrist function and longevity, but also for those with SIMPLE elbow and wrist injuries/issues. It is NOT meant for more significant and complex injuries/issues that would benefit more from one-on-one reahabilitative services; but can eventually be a great way to transition from physical therapy to continued independent recovery.
