This Knee Template is a 3 week long, knee specific mobility , strength, and stability program. It is aimed at improving gross knee mobility and strength. It is appropriate for those with healthy knees just looking to improve their overall knee function and longevity, but also for those with SIMPLE knee injuries/issues. It is NOT meant for more significant and complex injuries/issues that would benefit more from one-on-one reahabilitative services; but can eventually be a great way to transition from physical therapy to continued independent recovery.
