Mobility for Jiu Jitsu is a 4 week long, sport specific mobility program. It is aimed at improving your mobility specific to the demands of Jiu Jitsu. Each week has 3 days of a variety of mobility drills and specific doses to take all of the thinking out of it for you! The program emphasizes hip and shoulder mobility and also addresses the demands on the ankle and wrist that you see in the sport. This program is meant to supplement your current regimen, not replace it. Each day should take you an additional 15-20 minutes so that you can easily ADD it to your current routine. Better yet, the PDF is yours to keep forever so you can loop back to week 1 after you have completed the program in order to continue and maintain your mobility gains.
