Want to build your shoulder strength and stability with minimal equipment? "Bulletproof Shoulders with Bands and Bells" allows you to build gross shoulder strength and stability with only a set of bands and Kettblebells OR Dumbbells. It targets a numbers of muscles groups, angles, and exercises to promote OVERALL shoulder strength and health!
This 4 week, 4days/week program should be utilized as accessory work to your current exercise routine and is meant to take an additional 10-15 minutes each day.
