This Hip Template is a 3 week long, hip specific mobility , strength, and stability program. It is aimed at improving gross hip mobility and strength. It is appropriate for those with healthy hips just looking to improve their overall hip function and longevity, but also for those with SIMPLE hip injuries/issues. It is NOT meant for more significant and complex injuries/issues that would benefit more from one-on-one reahabilitative services; but can eventually be a great way to transition from physical therapy to continued independent recovery.
