This Shoulder Template is a 3 week long, shoulder specific mobility , strength, and stability program. It is aimed at improving gross shoulder mobility and strength. It is appropriate for those with healthy shoulders just looking to improve their overall function and longevity, but also for those with SIMPLE shoulder injuries/issues. It is NOT meant for more significant and complex injuries/issues that would benefit more from one-on-one reahabilitative services; but can eventually be a great way to transition from physical therapy to continued independent recovery.
