This program is the first step in your handstand journey. Whether you are trying handstands for the first time or trying to improve your current handstand abilities, this program will provide you with the necessary mobility and strength drills you need to build your best handstand. This program should be used to PREPARE you for handstand perfection. If you are new to your handstand journey, you should complete this program BEFORE you move on to the "Get Your First Strict Handstand Push Up" and/or "Walking On Your Hands programs. 


From wrist and shoulder mobility drills to core and shoulder stabilization exercises, you will be given the tools you need to build the foundation for the handstand hold, handstand push up, and handstand walk.


This 4 week, 4days/week program should be utilized as accessory work to your current exercise routine and is meant to take an additional 15-20 minutes each day. 

If you want to get to the next level of your handstand abilities, this is your first step! After you complete this program, you should take a look at the "Get Comfortable Being Upside Down" guideline to get you another step closer to that handstand!
