Well then, this hip mobility program is for you! Hip mobility is important for a number of sports and movements from squatting/lifting to running/cycling to a majority of common CrossFit movements.
This 4 week program provides you with a structured 4 day/week hip mobility routine addressing both the hip joint and the muscles surrounding the hip.
Each day of exercises should take you no more than 10-15 minutes making it a easy supplement to your current routine.
