IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT YOU COMPLETE THE "BUILD YOUR HANDSTAND STRENGTH AND MOBILITY" AND "GET YOUR FIRST STRICT HANDSTAND PUSH UP" PROGRAMS PRIOR TO THIS ONE!
Now that you can hold a handstand and perform handstand push ups with the "Build Your Handstand Strength and Mobility" and "Get Your First Strict Handstand Push Up" programs, you need to transition to walking on your hands! This program will provide you with strength and skill work drills specific to handstand walking.
This 4 week, 4days/week program should be utilized as accessory work to your current exercise routine and is meant to take an additional 10-15 minutes each day.
