Personalized Mobility Programming

Service Description

If you are someone who doesn't necessarily have an injury or pain, but feel as though you are limited by poor mobility/decreased flexibility/stiffness/etc., you can utilize this service. This 30 minute session will aim to identify your specific mobility restrictions and mobility needs via evaluation by a physical therapist and specific movement assessments. From that, a mobility plan will be created that is 100% customized to you and your specific goals! Each session/plan will be limited to ONE body part/region only for maximal benefit. These appointments are not eligible for insurance reimbursement.
